While reimbursements from the Account are funded entirely by your employer, you choose how to use the Account based on your family's needs. Managing the Health Reimbursement Account is easy. The Account can be used at any time-meaning you can request reimbursement of qualified medical expenses immediately, or wait and use for future medical expenses. The choice is yours.

Best of all, the Account balance rolls over from year to year as long as the program is offered and you remain enrolled. So you don't have to worry about losing this valuable resource.

Simply click on MyBlueService and login. Once logged into MyBlueService, click on the HRA button to view account information, such as your account balance, status of reimbursements and reimbursement history. You can also print reimbursement request forms and get answers to frequently asked questions.

MyBlueService gives you online access to health care information, including Hospital Advisory by Submission where you can compare the number of procedures and success rates at local hospitals based on over 30 of the most common procedures. You can also access forms, provider directories, your health claims status and request an ID card. These are just a few of the services available to you.

Health Reimbursement Account Program Information

The Health Reimbursement Account (Account) is not an insurance program, but a financial reimbursement account. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. (BCBSF) provides administrative services only for the Account and is not liable for any account balances. The Account may be used for qualified medical expenses as defined in the employer's plan document. Account balances are unfunded liabilities of the employer. They are not vested benefits and may be reduced or withdrawn at any time, at the option of your employer. The employer's plan document terms prevail over any inconsistencies in any verbal, written, or electronic information provided by BCBSF.

(BCBSF) has entered into an arrangement with Health Dialog whereby Health Dialog has agreed to provide BCBSF members with care support services and information. BCBSF has entered into this arrangement to provide a value added service to its members.
